Hands-on online administrative guidance for someone pursuing their own expungement request. We will work through the official published process with you in up to two online sessions totaling 90 minutes. We can help organize records you provide, locate the official court instructions and record-request options, type factual information you direct us to enter on official forms where permitted, and prepare a written checklist of the published submission and status-check steps. You review, sign, and submit your own documents.
